In our adult lives we are faced with many major life events, changes and situations. It is important to meet each individual at the stage of life they are in, to gain an understanding of their experiences and to learn how they would best like to move forward. This is not always clear at first. Through gaining a deeper understanding, providing clarity and shifting perspective we are able to find and address the core issue(s). This enables us to create lasting growth and acquire the tools necessary to better manage these situations when they arise again.
